What’s it all about?

Serial entrepreneur Chris Morling was very much the unsung hero of the comparison sector three years ago when we started working with him so we really wanted to create a media profile for him alongside his core biggest business focus which is comparison website

Our mission

To raise the profile of Chris Morling, Cirencester’s best kept secret and position as the one of the UKs top technology brands to work for.

How we tackled it

It was clear from speaking to Chris that;

  • His most valuable business asset is his team.
  • Development, retention and overall happiness are his number one priority.

Offering a range of benefits including a free annual overseas trip, bonuses of up 40% and many other ‘treats’, making sure Chris was positioned a Britain’s Best Boss was always our goal.

Alongside this, regionally based businesses naturally find recruitment more of a challenge. Another part of this mission raising awareness of the business as a ‘best place to work’. Where better to do this than in the regional press.

What we achieved

Chris is genuinely one of the nicest business owners we have ever worked with so garnering favour with the media was fairly easy.

We started with a smaller business to business titles such as and Growth Business. We then reached out to regional business writers at South West Business News, Business Insider, Gloucester Echo and the Wilts and Gloucester Standard.

Most recently, Chris invested £3 million restoring the Victorian castle in Cirencester with the help of Laurence Llewlyn Bowen. Again, this formed a perfect platform to position Chris as Britain’s boss securing further profile features in The Daily Mail business pages, Management Today and City AM.
